Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Loading Dock Associate in Marion, Ohio on 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm). The role involves hand loading and unloading windows and doors, staging cargo, and meeting quality and safety standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a tugger when needed, and maintain attention to detail is required. Applicants should have at least 1 year in manufacturing or a warehouse setting, strong verbal communication, and a safety-focused mindset.
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am- 4:30 pm
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Position Summary
The loading dock is responsible for hand loading windows and doors for outbound customer loads or internal transfers between Silver Line locations. Additionally, the loading dock is responsible for unloading windows and doors from other customer locations, moving windows from production lines to loading dock, and staging windows in proper lanes for loading.
