Job summary

Inline Electric Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for second shift (3PM-12AM) to join our ESOP-owned team in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and steady workflow in a collaborative setting.

You will transfer orders, stage and label materials, perform cycle counts, and support all warehouse operations while focusing on safety and reliability. We offer ownership through ESOP and a path for growth in the electrical distribution industry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification preferred but not required.
  • Current health card required.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately fulfill transfer orders between branches and track materials.
  • Load and unload transfer shipments per schedule to ensure timely delivery.
  • Tag, stage, and label materials for designated areas with proper organization.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform daily housekeeping to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in all warehouse operations and deliveries as needed.
  • Take on additional tasks as directed by leadership.

The Material Handler (Second Shift 3PM-12AM. ) position focuses on producing high-quality, detail‑oriented work by following established standards, procedures, and guidelines. Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately fulfill transfer orders from other branches, maintaining organized tracking of materials and inventory.
  • Load and unload transfer shipments according to scheduled times to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process, tag, and stage materials for placement in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts of assigned areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties in assigned work areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist in all warehouse operations and delivery duties as needed, contributing to team efficiency.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team or senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Motivated to work independently, with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with an approved clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Must provide a current health card.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to climb, crouch, and grasp materials as needed.
  • Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to listen attentively.
