Job summary

GXO is seeking a Material Handler to support our Indiana facility with early morning to afternoon shifts. You will move material, assist with packing, scanning and labeling, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety rules in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires basic math, reading safety instructions, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods. Overtime flexibility is a plus, with competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform duties such as packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
