Job summary

RTX in Monroe, NC is seeking an onsite Shipping/Receiving associate to manage orders and shipments. You will process shipments through SAP and third‑party systems, verify data accuracy, and support daily warehouse operations.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 1 year of related experience; familiarity with SAP and carriers is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Inventory management experience required.
• Experience with SAP for shipping, inventory, or warehouse transactions.
• Experience using third‑party shipping systems (FedEx/UPS).
• Comfortable with scanners and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and internal shipments through SAP and FedEx/FedEx-like systems.
• Enter and verify shipment information (order numbers, quantities, addresses, carrier info, tracking).
• Generate shipping labels and required documentation.
• Process deliveries and inventory movements in SAP.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal departments.
