Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle, move, lift, carry, and stack raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, including equipment requiring training and certification.
• Ensure materials are transported efficiently to support production and operational goals.
• Follow procedures and work instructions to maintain productivity and quality.
• Learn and apply operational processes through on-the-job training from supervisors and experienced team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
