Job summary

ODL is seeking a qualified material handler to safely move, stage and unload materials across the warehouse. You will verify part numbers and quantities, use scanners, and ensure accurate documentation while following established procedures.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math skills, strong interpersonal and written communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. First shift, United States location, with opportunities to contribute to production and shipping efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2–3 years of material handling/forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn Oracle, MS Office Outlook and scanning systems.
• Liking of basic math and knowledge of part numbers and products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication; ability to prioritise responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and comply with all safety rules at all times while transporting material to designated areas.
• Prepare orders for accurate, on-time shipment of products.
• Verify part numbers and quantities; document activities.
• Receive inbound materials and compare against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Carry out cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy as directed.
