Job summary

RS Technologies is seeking a Material Handler to support the Production Department by ensuring smooth movement of materials through the manufacturing process. The role emphasizes a culture of health and safety, respect, integrity, quality, teamwork, and professional growth.

As part of the RS team, you will transport modules and materials, assist in inspections, and support operations while adhering to safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum manufacturing experience.
• Forklift/Lift Truck certification preferred not required.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport modules, raw materials, and finished products within and outside the production facility.
• Assist the Quality department with module inspections.
• Support the Drill and Cut Operator as required.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
