Location: Bessemer, AL

Shift: Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-5:30am (2nd Shift)

Royal Switchgear (a MacLean Power Systems Company) is looking for a hands‑on, move‑fast, get‑it‑done kind of teammate. If you like staying active, working with equipment, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment like a pro
• Pulling, staging, and prepping materials for production and shipping
• Keeping everything labeled, organized, and right where it belongs
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Tracking inventory and spotting anything that doesn’t look right
• Loading and unloading trucks to keep things moving
• Supporting deliveries and keeping schedules on track

What You Bring To The Team

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
