The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders for next-day delivery.
• Operate stand-up ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Use scanners and headsets to follow pick paths and instructions.
• Navigate a temperature-controlled warehouse to locate and select products.
• Stack and organize products on pallets according to company standards.
• Follow FIFO rotation and all warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report safety concerns.
• Support overall warehouse operations by completing all required training.
