Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Material Handler to ensure materials are supplied to the production line. The role requires operating forklift equipment, scanning materials with PDA devices, and coordinating with logistics to support continuous manufacturing.

Responsibilities include receiving and securing shipments, placing items in proper storage, moving materials to production lines, and supporting cycle counts and freight documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading comprehension.
• Willingness to operate forklift/mobile equipment and pass safety training.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with computers and basic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and secure product.
• Scan materials for receipts using PDA/scanners.
• Place materials in correct storage areas and move to production line as needed.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and document movement.
• Maintain and inspect material handling equipment and report issues.
• Assist with physical inventory movement and cycle counts.
• Follow JIS/JIT procedures and ensure safety and load security.
