Watco is hiring a Material Handler Operator to safely operate a variety of heavy equipment supporting transloading and site operations. You will work both independently and with teams outdoors, adapting to weather and site conditions.
The role requires flexibility for first/second shifts and overtime. Starting pay is $27.75 per hour, with progression after 90 and 180 days, and there are opportunities for training and development through Watco University.

Typically M-F, 8 hour days, with possible overtime

After 90 Days: $29.38
After 180 Days: $32.65
The Material Handler Operator is responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment to support daily transloading and site operations. Operators work both independently and collaboratively in outdoor environments under varying conditions to ensure smooth and reliable site performance.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to pass and/or obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position and location. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be 18 years of age or older with High School or GED equivalent
