Job summary

ABB Inc. is looking for a warehouse-like associate at our Flowery Branch, GA site. The role involves moving and stocking materials, pulling and organizing items, and operating material handling equipment while following safety procedures.

You will maintain inventory accuracy and support production lines using SAP and Kanban processes. Required are a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of related experience or technical training, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have U.S. work authorization; English reading/writing/speaking essential.
• Ongoing regular attendance and availability for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move, deliver, and stock materials/components to support production lines using SAP and Kanban processes.
• Pull, stack, store, and organize products and materials in designated storage and point-of-use locations.
• Operate material handling equipment while following safety procedures for traffic, loading, battery charging, and truck maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transport materials, supplies, and scrap according to documentation and work instructions.
