Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a full-time Night Shift Warehouse Associate to support operations by moving material, loading and counting inventory, and using hand trucks or conveyors.

You will verify orders, label products and operate a handheld scanner while keeping the workspace clean and safe. The role requires basic math, reading safety instructions, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

What you’ll do on a typical day:Full time (Night Shift)

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• To be at least 18 years of age
• The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents

It’d be great if you also have:

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
