Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher company, is seeking a Material Handler in Indianapolis, IN for an on-site role that supports production by moving materials to and from the production teams.

You will report to the Materials Logistics Supervisor and join the supply chain team to help ensure timely material flow and accurate transactions. Strong organization and at least 2 years in manufacturing or materials distribution are required, with Kanban and Oracle/ERP experience preferred.

Job Role Overview

The Material Handler is responsible for facilitating the movement of material to the production teams. This position reports to the Materials Logistics Supervisor and is part of the Supply Chain Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on‑site role.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Danaher Business System and how to incorporate it in daily operations

Essential Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of prior manufacturing or distribution of materials experience
• Organizationally structured and able to effectively communicate

Preferred Qualifications

• Use of Kanban for replenishing materials
• Use of Oracle/ERP to execute timely and accurate material transactions
