Keysight Technologies in Loveland, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping, receiving, and material handling duties within a fast-paced environment. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, prepare shipments, and support production flow.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and proficiency with MS Office tools. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Suite including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds, without assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain clean, safe working conditions and adhere to safety procedures
• Perform warehouse activities related to receiving, inventory management, and/or shipping
• Unloading/loading incoming material and verifying shipments
• Data entry, updating reports, and filing as needed
• Move material to support production goals and site inventory needs
• Communicate with team members, customers, and management
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as trained)
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across sites
