Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to obtain powered lift truck certification and operate safely.
• Complete on-the-job training programs.
• Complete health and environmental safety training.
• Reads and writes standard English and performs basic math.
• Prior warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be an effective team member.
• Good oral and written communication; able to follow simple instructions.
• Able to lift 60–80 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Check material for defects before packaging and weigh finished products.
• Collect finished product and pre-pack at wrap/banding/bagging station.
• Load packaged material onto pallets, skids, and boxes safely.
• Pull and stage materials to meet production demands.
• Place sleeve on vacuumed rolls for final packaging.
• Label packaged carpet pad rolls and operate related equipment safely.
• Record quality and output measures and complete paperwork.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
