Job summary

Chandler Exhibits is seeking a diligent Material Handler in Hudson, WI to keep our production floor supplied with the right materials on time. You will move, receive, and stage items, support kitting, and ensure accurate inventory control to back our fabrication teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehousing, forklift certification, and solid communication with production and project management. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations experience.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems or ERP software.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and move materials to production areas.
• Verify and receive items on purchase orders.
• Pull and stage components for projects and orders (kitting).
• Label and deliver completed kits to staging or production areas on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory adjustments.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
