Job summary

Steffes in Dickinson, ND is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate to stage parts, move Kanban containers, and transport items to the next operation. You will operate a forklift as needed and help keep parts organized across the facility.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, verifying packing slips, inspecting products, and maintaining accurate inventory with Kanban cards. You will also assist in year-end inventory and yard projects while upholding Steffes' safety and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of materials to designated areas (manual and/or forklift).
• Unload and load freight.
• Verify items on packing slip for quantities received and backordered.
• Inspect product for damage and document as needed.
• Maintain organized inventory and place Kanban cards with product.
• Assist in year-end inventory procedures as needed.
• Perform yard work and general cleanup as needed.
• Maintain a collaborative work atmosphere with customers, suppliers, co-workers and management.
• Support Steffes' safety, quality and environmental objectives.
• Other duties may be assigned.
