Job summary

Winn-Marion is seeking a Material Handler in Centennial, CO to support production by kitting parts, pulling items from stock, and ensuring materials are available for assembly. Forklift operation is a critical requirement.

The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing shelves, and performing downtime tasks, with emphasis on safe handling and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Kitting and Material Handling: pull parts from stock locations to prepare kits for production.
• Inventory Processing: organize shelves and perform stock checks; use inventory software and report discrepancies.
• Forklift Operation: safely move materials and load/unload deliveries.
• Workspace Maintenance: keep stock areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Assembly Support: assist with light assembly tasks using hand tools.
• Safety Compliance: follow PPE and safety protocols.
