The Material Handler / Inventory Specialist is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and inventory within the facility. This role ensures materials are properly tracked, stocked, and delivered to support production, maintenance, and operational needs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, wind, rain and humidity. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
