Job summary

The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and performs receipt, storage, inventory, and movement of equipment and supplies for USMC support. The role uses automated systems and manual processes to manage items and provide reliable logistics support.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 2 years related experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; forklift operation and CAC/Base access are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years related experience.
• Completed Enlisted Warehouseman Basic Course (MCSSS) or equivalent.
• Ability to read and apply technical data in storage programs.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and operating MHE.
• Must hold a valid State Driver's License and obtain CAC/Base Access.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, inventories, cares for, locates, issues, moves, and loads equipment, supplies and publications.
• Uses automated systems and equipment to perform tasks; performs other related duties as assigned.
