Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or materials management environment.
• Experience receiving, stocking, transferring, and tracking materials.
• Ability to accurately perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Experience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Locates, audits and transfers kits or materials; may perform satellite receiving.
• Performs cycle counts to verify inventory and processes nonconforming material.
• Prevents accumulation of excess or obsolete material; moves stock as required.
• Receives parts and updates inventory records; may use Oracle or other systems.
• Monitors shortage reports and reviews work orders.
• Purges stock of excess and obsolete material; rework/transfer/scrap as needed.
• Operates powered industrial vehicles; may drive a van or truck if necessary.
• Trains other Material Coordinators as required.
• Prepares material for delivery to the cleanroom environment.
