Dal-Tile is hiring a Material Handler III for 1st shift in Eldersburg, MD. The role operates reach trucks and order pickers to assemble and move customer orders, with duties in packing and shipping coordination.

The position requires 3+ years in distribution/warehouse work, forklift certification, and strong communication skills. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–4:45PM, with competitive pay rates and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator preferred.
• Excellent communication and safety awareness.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks in a distribution setting.

Responsabilités

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and move them to packing or shipping.
• Use order picker or stand-up forklift to assemble orders from stock.
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with SOPs.
• Report equipment or process problems to supervisor.
