Job summary

GXO is seeking a Material Handler to support operations in Lithia Springs, GA. Weekend 1st Shift, Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm, with potential overtime.

You will move materials, construct packaging, pick merchandise, verify orders, and use handheld scanners. Candidates should have 1 year warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

This role requires physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a material handler.

What you need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a material handler
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
