Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills including Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to work with standard situations with limited variables.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, memos, and short correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates movement of material to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Physically and systematically perform material movements requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
• Move materials to areas outside manufacturing (shipping, prep, office, etc.).
• Use RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain Bin Management and FIFO processes.
• Return unused materials to stockroom using RF transactions.
• Dispose of scrap components properly.
• Pull materials for purges from stock when needed.
• Perform Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
• Verify movements and paperwork for correct physical and system movement.
