Job summary

TE Connectivity operates a warehouse role in Arden, NC, focused on accurate picking, material handling, and SAP ERP processes. The position supports safe, efficient material flow within the factory and requires forklift experience and adherence to safety standards.

Training is provided at the Fairview facility, with regular work at the Arden site and a 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday. Strong teamwork and compliance with 5S guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment physical testing.
• Ability to work in a team environment with the Shipping team on shift as well as assembly/production operators.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct picking of materials from system documentation.
• Deliver any material to Operational areas within the factory as per the systems documentation.
• Follow Company processes within the SAP ERP system to ensure system accuracy and integrity of items picked and delivered.
• Ensure timely picking of materials and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• File and process paperwork within the area in line with system requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and store materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain forklift certification and comply with all company safety requirements related to powered industrial truck operation.
