Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Material Handler II to operate powered equipment, move, sort, locate, relocate, stack and count product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will load goods, stock put-away, pick shipments, verify outbound accuracy, perform daily equipment inspections, and assist in physical inventories. Six months warehouse or forklift experience and High School Diploma or GED are required, with forklift certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be certified in forklift operation within the first 30 days of employment.
• Six months warehouse or forklift operation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to move, sort, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Load product onto equipment, trailers, pallets or totes.
• Put-away for stock and pick shipments.
• Ensure outbound shipments are complete and accurate.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source.
• Verify and report discrepancies such as non-available products.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
