PLA is seeking a Warehouse General Labor Material Handler II for the day shift in Spartanburg, SC. You will sort, move, and prepare pallets and totes for shipment with strong attention to quality while ensuring safety.

The position offers full-time hours on the 1st shift (5:00 am–1:30 pm) with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and progression opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, an HSA, and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe movement of products including pallets, totes, or merchandise.
• Review products to ensure proper placement.
• Prepare pallets or totes for shipment.
• Perform minor repairs on pallets or totes (e.g., cleaning, buffing).
• Conduct sortation, inventory, and quality inspections.
• Support and improve overall team operations.
• Adapt to new assignments to meet business needs.
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
