Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. is seeking a Material Handler II for the first shift in Marana, AZ. The role focuses on moving, storing, and tracking raw materials and finished goods, safely operating material handling equipment, and staging components to production lines for cancer diagnostic equipment manufacturing.

Preferred candidates hold a forklift certification and have 0–5 years in similar roles. The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM on-site, with optional OT up to 8 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of material handling/inventory control/shipping-receiving or warehouse logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Move and store incoming raw materials and outbound finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or enterprise systems.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers).
• Stage and deliver components to production lines to maintain continuous workflows.
• Assist with receiving dock procedures, verify packing slips, and shipping logistics.

Job Title: Material Handler II (1st Shift)

Location: Marana, AZ 85653

Pay rate: $19.00 - $19.22/hour

Work Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Onsite; optional OT up to 8 hours/week)

Contract duration: 11/09/2026 to 11/08/2027 with possible extension

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and inventory tracking of raw materials and finished goods, operating material handling equipment safely, and staging components directly to production lines to support cancer diagnostic equipment and reagent manufacturing.

Job Specifications

• Educational & Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0–5 years of experience in material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or warehouse logistics.
• Top Required & Preferred Skills:
  • Material Handling & Equipment: Hands‑on experience moving stock and operating warehouse equipment; valid Forklift Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Inventory Control & Recordkeeping: Proven skill maintaining accurate inventory tracking, logging material movements, and following strict supply chain best practices.
  • Production Support & Logistics: Ability to support manufacturing operations by delivering staging materials to production lines on schedule and assisting in shipping/receiving logistics.
  • Problem Solving & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with daily problem‑solving capabilities to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Primary Accountabilities & Daily Responsibilities:
  • Manage the physical movement and secure storage of incoming raw materials and outbound finished products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking records within enterprise systems.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers).
