Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Material Handler II (Order Fulfillment) to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare shipments, verify orders, and maintain accurate records while coordinating international logistics when needed.

You will also manage ERP tasks (NetSuite) and use Microsoft Office to organize materials, ensuring safe, compliant handling of supplies in a high-quality manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 4 years relevant experience (Shipping, Receiving, and/or inventory control) preferred.
• ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
• Experience with 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 13485 a plus.
• Self-motivated; able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Works well in a team; can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Follows detailed instructions; maintains accurate records and notes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet Quality specifications.
• Verify shipments meet customer order requirements; create shipping labels and package finished goods.
• Coordinate international shipping and customs documentation as needed.
• Receive materials/parts/supplies; verify paperwork and store appropriately. Issue materials and fulfill production orders as required.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing items in stock; record inventory locations.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items on production orders.
• Maintain safety in all areas.
• Keep inventory clean, organized, clearly labeled, and accessible.
• Contribute to team effort; perform other related duties as required.
