Job summary

The role requires safety-focused behavior, outdoor work readiness, and teamwork in a fast-paced yard environment. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, performing basic yard maintenance, and helping train less experienced Material Handlers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction-related environment.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within the first 60 days).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments.
• Basic knowledge of building materials and their applications is a plus.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
