Job summary

Connexus Energy in Ramsey, MN is seeking a Material Handler I, Trainee to perform warehousing duties, receive and store materials, and maintain accurate inventory documentation. You will operate a forklift, load and ship materials, and ensure records align with packing lists and purchase orders.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license and health card.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proficient with inventory and purchasing modules in MM system.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store material, inspect for damage, and reconcile to packing lists and POs.
• Operate a forklift in warehouse and yard.
• Load materials on trucks and deliver to crews.
• Maintain accurate documentation for material transfers and inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean work area.
• Repair streetlights and install parts as needed.
• Work with ERP system and ship materials to third parties.
