Job summary

Wistron InfoComm USA Corporation in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Warehouse Material Handler to support receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. You will label, store, and stage items, prepare materials for production or outbound shipment, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts if certified.

Responsibility includes inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS and strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics/material handling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including overtime or weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Label, store, and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished goods for internal use or outbound shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, forklifts if certified).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/WMS; conduct cycle counts and assist with audits.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and traceability requirements.
  • Ensure materials meet safety, quality, and 5S standards; maintain a clean work area.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervision.
