The role requires coordinating with management and production teams to balance line demand, ensure timely delivery of kits/parts, and maintain accurate inventory while complying with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience.
• Understanding of warehouse software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of warehousing and production fundamentals.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Management team to understand Daily Line Demand.
• Validate contents of kits to various areas within the factory.
• Procuring missing parts and ensuring timely delivery to shortages.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and warehouse to expedite needs.
• Record damages and initiate disposition procedures as needed.
• Ensure on-time kit delivery to each work area and correct build station.
• Assist in material movement and storage locations.
• Maintain accuracy of critical parts tracker and report discrepancies.
• Be prepared for overtime including weekends and holidays.
