Job summary

Arvato, a leading 3PL provider, seeks a warehouse associate to safely move products using powered equipment and manage inventory accuracy. The role supports production processes and requires compliance with safety standards.

Shifts run Monday to Friday (2nd shift 2 pm–10:30 pm or 3rd shift 10 pm–6:30 am). The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience operating a powered 48 inch pallet rider.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), specifically SAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate a powered 48 inch pallet rider and electric pallet jack.
• Inventory organization and maintenance.
• Unassisted lifting up to 50lbs.
• Inventory tracking as products received into, moved through, and shipped from the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counting of inventoried materials and data entry of count results.
• Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document in warehouse systems.
• Fill and check customer orders and hand off processed packages to carriers.
• Stage, process, package and ship material and orders accurately.
• Enter data in warehouse management (SAP) programs.
• Interface with management across departments to ensure objectives.
• Unload incoming material from trucks and assist carriers with unloading.
• Inspect, review and record inbound material against delivery paperwork.
• Support continuous process improvements and safety/hygiene regulations.
