Job summary

Getinge is seeking a motivated Material Handler in Wayne, NJ to manage material movement, supply, replenishment, and SAP input across production areas. The role supports accurate inventory, cycle counts, and on-time deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate computerized scales and equipment, use a forklift, and follow written procedures to ensure efficiency and safety. This is an entry-to-mid level role with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 1st Shift (6AM - 2:30PM EST).
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of packaging.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents and deliver materials and chemicals to all production areas.
• Process all paperwork by completing SAP transactions
• Assist in weekly cycle counts and yearly Physical Inventories
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and storage area
• Assist in the receipt of product to stock
• Assist in the preparation of non-sterile packaged goods
• Deliver supplies and packages to various departments
• Assist in the receiving of vendor components and supplies

Job Overview

Handle all aspects of material movement to include, supply and replenishment of products, delivery, picking orders, store materials, labeling and marking. Handle all pertaining aspects of SAP computer input.

Pay Range: $21.30 - $22.00 / hour + EIP (This role is eligible for participation in our Excellence Incentive Plan (EIP), an annual incentive program that rewards performance against financial and operational goals)
