Job summary

Smeal Apparatus, part of REV Group, is seeking a Material Handler at our Snyder, NE facility. You will maintain inventory, move parts, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance.

This role supports production teams and requires basic data entry skills and a valid driver's license. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience with manufacturing, inventory, or related functions
• Preferred high school diploma or GED
• Proficient in computer use for data entry, part scanning or transacting, the printing of picklists
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality, and time standards.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform mathematical computations as required
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Moves parts, WIP, or finished products and delivers mail packages to the various department or warehouse locations
• Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts
• Maintains documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with procedures
• Drives in various road conditions
• Ensures work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner
• Ensure all material and inventory remains properly identified and stored free from damage or deterioration
