Onward Search client in Merrimack, NH is seeking a temporary Material Handler I to support manufacturing lines by receiving, storing, picking, and staging materials with strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and traceability.

The role requires 1–2 years in material handling, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, RFID scanning, and a high school diploma. On-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; basic math skills essential.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving procedures, and material-handling documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, packing slips, receipt travelers, and technical labels.
• 1-2 years of material handling, inventory, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems and RFID scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, issue, deliver, and pack materials for manufacturing lines per work orders and schedules.
• Complete inventory movements, adjustments, and fulfillment in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support cycle counts and audit readiness to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Label, store, and manage materials to ensure traceability and GMP/GDP compliance.
• Operate material-handling equipment to move materials safely across warehouse and production areas.
