Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Material Handler I at our Indianapolis site. The role aligns with core logistics functions including Receiving, Storing, Issuing, Inventory, and Delivery, supporting production through kit assembly and material movement.

The candidate will perform counts, data entry, labeling, and space/layout adjustments, ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use. Industrial forklift familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years work experience in core Logistics functions (Receiving, Storing, Issuing, Inventory, Delivery).
• Ability to read, write and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift weight in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Must possess or have ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Forklift experience or ability to be trained to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts to create full kits for production floor from multiple warehouses.
• Perform manual and/or weight counts of materials/property.
• Record and update logs and documentation; input transactions into systems.
• Attach tags, markings, and labels to materials and containers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; ensure PMs are completed.
