Job summary

Maker's Pride in Ohio is seeking a Materials Handler to store, move, and handle products in a GMP-focused environment. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure proper labeling and safe loading of materials.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent and ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days. You must be 18+ and able to work the PM Weekend Crew (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Operate stand-up and extended forklifts.
• Sufficient math skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, transport, pack, remove and dispose of products.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials throughout duration of shift.
• Count, weigh, record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
• Ensure that product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain 5S and keep areas clean.
