Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing and engineering solutions company, is seeking a Materials Handler to support production in our Wisconsin facility. You will manage flow of materials and ensure accurate transactions using scanners and ERP/WMS systems, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include moving stock from dock to stock, issuing materials, performing cycle counts, keeping areas clean, and following security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling materials in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate transactions and maintain records.
  • Familiarity with scanning devices and ERP/WMS workflows.

  • Issue materials from stock including transfers and kits.
  • Perform transactions using scanners or computer systems.
  • Conduct cycle counts and ensure accuracy of inventory data.
  • Keep assigned area clean and organized and follow safety rules.

SUMMARY

Handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own all material movement to stock including dock to stock, material requisition order (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system transactions done by scanner or computer.
  • Issue all material from stock including transfers, kits, manual pulls, highly marketable parts (HMP) and system transactions done by scanner or computer.
  • Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.
  • Cycle count whenever necessary.
  • Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
