Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately process customer and replenishment orders daily, ensuring safety, quality, and performance goals are met. The role requires operating a forklift, using RF devices, and maintaining 6S standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of warehouse experience, strong English communication, and the ability to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-4 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operator authorization required and safe operation
• Ability to comply with weight limits for safety tether at elevated locations
• Knowledge of hazardous shipping rules and regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw material request orders and supply to production using RF device.
• Return material to raw warehouse and consolidate during put-away.
• Follow safety procedures and complete safety checklists before shifts.
• Report scrap, damaged product, or quality issues to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and take on additional duties as needed.
