Ferrara Fire Apparatus in Holden, Louisiana, is looking for a Material Handler to transfer raw materials and finished products between production areas. This role requires timely delivery of parts, inventory monitoring, and maintaining safety standards.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, have math skills, and experience in material handling within a manufacturing environment. We offer a Monday to Thursday schedule, and occasional overtime may be required.

The Material Handler is primarily responsible for the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products between various production areas and internal and/or external warehouses. Day to day duties will include (but are not limited to) delivering parts to the assembly line with the use of equipment in a timely manner to ensure adherence to production schedules, as well as monitoring inventory levels of materials. The Material Handler must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements. This position will work a Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM schedule, but occasional overtime may be required.
