Job summary

Lithion Battery Inc in Henderson, NV is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse, production, shipping and receiving. Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Lead, the successful candidate delivers job materials to workstations, fulfills material requests, maintains inventory accuracy, and assists with customer fulfillment at our Lake Mead location.

You will wire and assemble HomeGrid Cubes for shipment, input ERP transactions, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with Engineering on yield

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years’ experience in inventory control and/or shipping/receiving.
• Working knowledge of computers and office software (ERP, Outlook, MS Office).
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Experience operating forklifts/material moving equipment preferred
• DOT Certification for shipping hazardous materials preferred

Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble HomeGrid Cubes for shipment
• Input ERP (M1) transactions and other data entry, while ensuring inventory control and accuracy
• Perform and report cycle counts
• Work with Engineering to assess and recommend material yield factors
• Maintain in-process inventory in workstations by delivering and preparing materials and supplies as needed
• Organize and repackage materials appropriately
• Fill out Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) forms as required
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment
• Load and unload trucks, using forklift as required
• Support logistics with inventory movement in and out of the warehouse
• Perform other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required
