Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable Material Handlers to support our warehouse operations on WEEKEND SHIFTS. In this entry-level role, you will help load, unload, and move materials to ensure client orders are filled accurately and on time.

Base pay is $19.50/hour plus weekend shift differentials. The schedule is 5:00pm–5:30am on weekends with shifts and a yearly salary between $46,800 and $48,360. Requires high school education and willingness to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of related warehouse or labor experience (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• Ability to earn a Forklift Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Core skills include basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), problem solving, and reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently while supporting your crew.

Responsibilities

• Move & store materials: Load, unload, stage, and secure items on pallets, racks, and vehicles using safe bracing and padding techniques.
• Operate equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, rider jacks, sit-down/standup lifts up to 5K following training.
• Scan & track: Use RF scanners to track inventory, attach labels, count/weigh items, and complete daily logs.
• Maintain quality & safety: Follow SOPs, complete paperwork, and keep the work area clean and safe.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Up to 1 year of related warehouse or labor experience (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• Certifications: Ability to earn a Forklift Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Core Skills: basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), solid problem-solving abilities, and reliable attendance.
• Team Mindset: Great balance of working independently while supporting your crew.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs by hand.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and balance throughout shift.
• Comfort working with computer screens/scanners and visual focus adjustments.

Pay & Shift Options

Base Pay: $19.50/hr + shift differentials below:

• Weekend Days: 5:00pm-5:30pm Friday-Sunday -- $19.50 + $3.00/hr shift diff
• Weekend Nights: 5:00pm-5:30am Friday-Sunday -- $19.50 + $3.75/hr shift diff
