Staffmark is hiring a Material Handler in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate forklifts, stage products, and verify inventories using RF scanners. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, forklift experience, and exposure to shipping/receiving. Shifts: 8 AM–4:30 PM, 7 AM–3:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6 PM. Consistent weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and supply products throughout the warehouse.
• Retrieve products from rack locations and transport to packing and staging areas.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and orders.
• Keep products organized and properly rotated.
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Follow warehouse traffic patterns and all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional duties.
