Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking an intermediate level Material Handler in Dickson, TN to stock, check, wrap, and load/unload materials. You will operate forklifts/cranes and use a WMS to enter orders, verify stock, and move items to packing or shipping areas.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehousing experience, including forklift operation. A safe, efficient work environment and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience; minimum 6 months stand-up forklift or order picker experience; pallet jack not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or crane equipment.
• Keys orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy.
• Conveys picked orders to packing station or shipping area.
• Maintains safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting issues.
