Job summary

Kobelco Aluminum Products & Extrusions Inc. in Bowling Green, KY is hiring an EMP Team Member to support production as a Material Handler.

Starting pay is $16.00/hr with a $0.50 shift differential where applicable, at 18 Kobe Way Bowling Green, KY 42101. You will operate forklifts and loading equipment, load scrap, follow FIFO, report defects, label and rack extrusions, and keep the area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Forklift/combi-lift experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and combi lifts safely to transport materials.
• Load and unload scrap bins, bundles, racks, carts, and ovens.
• Follow production instructions and maintain material flow (F.I.F.O.).
• Inspect materials and report defects to Quality or leadership.
• Label, bundle, and rack extrusions per instructions.
• Complete required production and packing documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
