Typical duties include forklift operation, picking/packing, shipping/receiving, and cycle counting in a clean, safe warehouse environment handling dry, shelf-stable foods. Training is provided, with PTO from month 1 and a 401(k) match opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
