Nature's Path is a family owned, sustainably-driven, deliciously-healthy organic food manufacturing company that produces cereal, oatmeal, granola, toaster pastries and chips. We believe in leaving the earth better than we found it.

We are currently looking for a Material Handler Night Shift to join our team! $2,000 Sign on BONUS!

As a Material Handler Night Shift, you will operate forklifts safely and efficiently, ensure continuous production of packaging lines, and follow Nature's Path's safety, quality, and production procedures.

Night Shift Hours: 5:50PM-6:00AM on a Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Pay rate: $21.94 ($1.50 night shift premium for hours after 6PM)

A Taste of the Job:
  • Operate the forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to plant rules and regulations.
  • Perform safety checks on the forklift; log and report discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment; report safety issues immediately.
  • Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
  • Ensure continuous operation of packaging lines, adhering to safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Use and document all necessary paperwork and materials, including pallets, slip sheets, WIP paperwork, and skid labeling.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to meet quality standards.
  • Comply with GMPs and Lean Initiatives.
  • Ensure proper labeling and staging of finished goods for shipping.
  • Maintain accurate operator logs.
Path for Success:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 6-12 months forklift and standup forklift experience required.
  • Production experience preferred.
  • Mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic math and computer skills desirable.
